The Bamboo Groove is a spot of great
tourism value that has been a host to both national and international guests.
In 2014, African Students Union leaders from Ghana, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Rwanda and
Tanzania had swell time at the groove during a visit to the Presidential Library.
The Bamboo
Groove is one of the natural sites at the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential
Library. Bamboo clusters form a pattern
underneath and a perfect roof above, shielding the natural enclosure from the
sun. It is never hot at the Bamboo Groove.
From the tweet of the small birds in
the day, the sound of rushing water through the stream, the symphony of the
bamboo trees as the winds blow across the whole area, to the soft music in the
background, the Bamboo Groove presents the perfect synergy of nature and style most
suitable for picnics, outdoor parties, wedding receptions, shows and a
relaxation area for unwinding. It is operated on a daily basis as a bar,
outdoor restaurant and family centre.
It will be a pleasure to have you visit us TODAY and get the best spot to get refreshed.
